    Seven Layer Pastries

    The Seven Layer Pastry is made of delicate layers of roulade, filled with layers of rich chocolate butter cream filling and finished with an icing of a dark, semi-sweet chocolate. Incredibly light and individual portioned. 

    There are 15 Seven Layer Pastry per carton.

    This is a individual portion version of our Seven Layer Cake.  Other layer pastries in this collection include the French Mini Pastry Slices and Raspberry Charolotte Pastry

    An older form of layer cake is common in southern and eastern Europe. In Ukraine and Russia, people still make these cakes in the old traditional way. The cake batter is bakes in a frying pan in thin layers, these layers are often covered with a thin layer of cream and stacked 7 or 8 layers high.
    An éclair is an oblong pastry made with choux dough filled with a cream and topped with icing. Originating in France around the time of the Profiterole.
